I am a dedicated professional with over four years of experience specializing in Customer Service, team management, and sales. I've held roles, including Team Manager at Aetna Health and Customer Service Representative with Toyota Financial Services. My skills include customer satisfaction, and team leadership, with a focus on optimizing workflows and mentoring agents. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance Degree at the University of Technology, Jamaica.

What I like to do in my off hours: In my free time, I love to immerse myself in a good book or binge-watch Korean dramas. I'm also a big foodie, so I enjoy trying new dishes from different cultures and exploring new restaurants whenever I get the chance. It's always exciting to discover unique flavors and dining experiences!
