Dear Civica Clients:

These are certainly unprecedented times we are living in and the situation remains fluid. We will continue to reach out to you with updates, as needed. We want to share with you how Civica is handling the COVID-19 crisis and assure you that there will not be any interruption in how we serve you during this difficult time.

You are our focus and we will continue to do whatever we can to support your needs. We have been working diligently with many of you over the past couple of weeks to ensure continuity of service for your members, to make determinations about events and conferences, and to provide the utmost support for you as you handle issues arising from COVID-19. As new issues arise that you need help navigating, do not hesitate to contact us, we are here for you!

The health and safety of our staff, members and community is our first priority. Civica resides in a 2400 square foot office space in Aurora but most of our staff has been working remotely several days a week since 2019. This means that we are already prepared to maintain consistency of operations in the almost entirely virtual environment we find ourselves in. All of our operations are securely in the cloud for easy access anywhere, anytime.  Civica will remain open, and we have not mandated that employees work remotely, but many have chosen to do so, which we wholeheartedly support.

We have also moved many in-person meetings that typically take place in our office, to virtual meetings on Zoom. If you have any meetings that you need to schedule through our Zoom account, we are ready to schedule these for you.
